The cost for the summer school is 400 CHF. This covers course materials, certificate, BBQ on Monday, and coffee breaks.
Accomodation is not included in this price. It is left to the participants to organize their accomodation. Youth Hostels in Zurich start at about CHF 40-50 per night.
Lunch and dinner is available at the ETH-Cafeterias and in nearby venues for ~15 CHF (including a drink). For the whole week, we put the additional living expenses (without accomodation) at around CHF 200.
Location
The summer school will take place at the ETH campus 'Zentrum' which is located around the ETH main building in the city center of Zurich. Lectures will be held in the mechanical engineering building (ML), just next to the ETH main building in lecture hall ML E12.
